In particular, you thereby agree to the terms set out below. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.

KEY TERMS

Music Pills provides an online platform that connects music instruments and music e-learning enthusiasts. Each user can share music e-learning material - such as, but not limited, to videos, music sheets and other didactical material - (collectively the "Services") which Services are accessible ay www.musicpills.com and any other websites through which Music Pills makes the Services available (collectively, the "Site") and as applications for mobile, tablet and other smart devices and application program interfaces (collectively, the "Application").

HOW THE SITE, APPLICATION AND SERVICES WORK

The Site, Application and Services can be used to facilitate the listing and online use of music and music instruments lessons. Such music lessons are included in Listings on the Site, Application and Services by Users. You may view Listings as an unregistered visitor to the Site, Application and Services; however, if you wish to fully experience the Services offered, you must first register to create a Music Pills Account (defined below).

As stated above, Music Pills makes available an online platform or marketplace with related technology for Users to meet online and share music e-learning material directly with each other. Music Pills is not an owner or operator of such material, including, but not limited to, videos, music sheets and other didactical material, nor of such material, including, but not limited to, videos, music sheets and other didactical material. Unless explicitly specified otherwise in the Music Pills platform, Music Pills' responsibilities are limited to facilitating the availability of the Site, Application and Services.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MUSIC PILLS CANNOT AND DOES NOT CONTROL THE CONTENT CONTAINED IN ANY LISTINGS AND THE LEGALITY (SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP ANY MUSIC E-LEARNING MATERIAL UPLOADED BY USERS.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

In order to access certain features of the Site and Application - such as, but not limited to, create a Listing, you must register to create an account ("Music Pills Account") and become a Member. You may register to join the Services directly via the Site or Application or as described in this section.

You can also register to join by logging into your account with certain third-party social networking sites ("SNS") (including, but not limited to, Facebook; each such account, a "Third-Party Account"), via our Site or Application, as described below. As part of the functionality of the Site, Application and Services, you may link your Music Pills Account with Third-Party Accounts, by either: (i) providing your Third-Party Account login information to Music Pills through the Site, Services or Application; or (ii) allowing Music Pills to access your Third-Party Account, as permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of each Third-Party Account. You represent that you are entitled to disclose your Third-Party Account login information to Music Pills and/or grant Music Pills access to your Third-Party Account (including, but not limited to, for use for the purposes described herein), without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third-Party Account and without obligating Music Pills to pay any fees or making Music Pills subject to any usage limitations imposed by such third-party service providers. By granting Music Pills access to any Third-Party Accounts, you understand that Music Pills will access, make available and store (if applicable) any Content that you have provided to and stored in your Third-Party Account ("SNS Content") so that it is available on and through the Site, Services and Application via your Music Pills Account. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all SNS Content, if any, will be considered to be Member Content for all purposes of these Terms. Depending on the Third-Party Accounts you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such Third-Party Accounts, personally identifiable information that you post to your Third-Party Accounts will be available on and through your Music Pills Account on the Site, Services and Application. Please note that if a Third-Party Account or associated service becomes unavailable or Airbnb's access to such Third-Party Account is terminated by the third-party service provider, then SNS Content will no longer be available on and through the Site, Services and Application. You have the ability to disable the connection between your Music Pills Account and your Third-Party Accounts, at any time, by accessing the "Settings" section of the Site and Application. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY YOUR AGREEMENT(S) WITH SUCH THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. Music Pills makes no effort to review any SNS Content for any purpose, including but not limited to for accuracy, legality or non-infringement and Airbnb is not responsible for any SNS Content.

Your Music Pills Account will be created for your use of the Site and Application based upon the personal information you provide to us or that we obtain via an SNS as described above. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. Music Pills reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Music Pills Account and your access to the Site, Application and Services i if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, fraudulent, not current, incomplete, or otherwise in violation of these Terms of Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party.

MODIFICATION

Music Pills reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Site, Application or Services or to modify these Terms, including the Service Fees, at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modification on the Site or via the Application and/or provide you notice of the modification by email. We will also update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Changes to the Terms will be effective at the time of posting. Your continued access or use of the Site, Application or Services will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms. Additionally, if the modified Terms contain material changes applicable to existing Members (by decreasing your rights or increasing your responsibilities), we will provide you with notice prior to the changes taking effect. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Site, Application and Services. If you do not close your Music Pills Account you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.

Our Site enables you to communicate with other visitors or to post information to be accessed by others. When you do so, other visitors may collect your data.

The profile you create on the Site will be publically accessible unless otherwise indicated. You may change the privacy settings of the videos through your account portal.

As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.

We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this to improve services we offer you, to improve marketing, analytics, or site functionality.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Music Pills and its partners use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users' movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level, but if you choose to disable cookies, it may limit your use of certain features or functions on our website or service.

We may partner with third parties to either display advertising on our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partners may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children or collect data from anyone under the age of 16.

We do not disclose your personal data to our subsidiaries or other organizations.

SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGETS

Our Site may include Social Media Features, such as, but not limited to, the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site]. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Upon request Music Pills will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on the Site prior to the change becoming effective. COPYRIGHT

Notification of Copyright Infringement

Music Pills ("Music Pills") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

It is Music Pills' policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the account or access of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site and Application by writing an email to support@musicpills.com. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Music Pills will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site and Application.

Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or - if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice - you will provide a comprehensive list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.

Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the Site and Application where such material may be found.

Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.

Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
